You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
2. Non-Returnable Items

– Some health and personal care items
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at support@29lacrosse.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please include your order number and reason for the return in your email.
4. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
5. Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for the same item in a different size or color, please contact us at support@29lacrosse.com to arrange the exchange.
6. Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
